From March 25 to 29, 2019, Universidad Europea organized the first Global Communications Forum, to which professionals from different sectors were invited to reflect on the challenges they face as a result of new business models and the geopolitical, technological, and theoretical circumstance forcing this discipline to evolve.

At its 30 th anniversary, the American Business Council, comprised of the 49 leading North American businesses established in Spain, is analyzing the European nation after the crisis and the economic and political consequences caused by the great recession thanks to a report prepared by Universidad Europea professors.

What is talent and how does it evolve in each generation? That is the subject of this study carried out by Universidad Europea and the Observatorio Generación & Talento. In order to unravel this conundrum, they analyzed the generational differences in director behavior and leadership development for intergenerational team management.
